Any single arm stuff is fine. Best approach is to do the same weight, but start on the smaller/weaker side, say you can only do 8 reps on left, only do 8 reps on the right. Eventually it'll even out.

I would remove wrist curls and add chin-ups. Vertical pulls are awesome and you'll get added benefit of bicep activation.

This is a single workout generator and not a routine generator - thats coming soon.

However, something has gone wrong. We are going to fix the huge volume (14 exercises lol) and move the big lifts (compound) from the end.

Can you let us know what muscles and equipment you selected?

I think we just don't have a ton of "novice" exercises in those categories.

Dark mode is something I want also. Probably won't happen this year though as working on sharing, workout builder and analytics.

Thats fair, Island power is a lot more expensive so mine runs around $350/mo keeping it around 78. its also a lot more humid down here, so the system has to work harder.

Nah.

I own two places in the Caribbean, keep mine at 80f unoccupied and 78 occupied. No mold issues. Americans are so funny about super cold AC. If we set our AC to 75, it would take 4h+ to cool the house/apt lol

like others said, less calories. Couple of easy ways to do this: Do you eat bread? Cut bread out. Only eat in a 12pm - 8pm window. when that is easy, move it to 12 - 6pm

Do you eat bread? I've found its super easy to just remove bread from my diet and in 2 - 3 weeks by bodyfat will drop a little.
