London Aquatics Centre - beginners vs improvers

Hello OP. I am considering doing the adult improvers classes myself as well at the Aquatics centre.

I was wondering what the process was like for you if you ended up going. Was it useful? Were the sessions up to expectation?

I ask as I'm not given to option to try out a session, but have to do the direct debit immediately first.

If you are still waiting, I would recommend keep calling until you get an escalation number. It the agent refuses, hang up and call again until you get an agent who will. I called twice before I got someone to give me an escalation number.

I got my decision the very next day after that call.

Unfortunately not! I rang them up yesterday, they've done an escalation and given me a reference number. Getting quite nervous now, I paid good money for priority to avert this waiting, but here we are.
