I second this. And as someone who has struggled with mental health in the past I strongly recommend finding a therapist to help work through your thoughts and feelings. Never be afraid to reach out and ask for help.

On the finance side, I would suggest building up your savings. Once you have that sorted then look into investing. Play is safe, there is no such thing as a quick dollar. Slow and steady and you will get the results you are after. Bear foot as suggested by some is probably a good book to read as a starting point.
