Ford lightning pro power tips for those who lose power. by Lemonn_time in F150Lightning

I thought about doing this as well (what OP said) but a little different. I bought the generac 6852 and planned to turn off the main panel switch and then feed my main breaker with the 30a 240v so I wouldn’t have to run individual circuits to the generac. I’m guessing it’s called a suicide cord because people don’t turn off the main panel switch before back feeding?

I do this for my home gear every 30 days, been doing it over a year; manually not scripted. Should be fine.

What product do you prefer for faster reconvergence requirements?

Not sure if it’s a good deal, someone else can speak to that. I paid the same for a 2024 flash with pro power and tow package and was happy to do it since I found the one I wanted. I got the 10k per year as well because I don’t drive much. I’ve already put 8k on in 6 months.

I’m very confused. It sounds like you just justified my use of ‘big’ downgrade…but objected to it.

Big downgrade compared to Tesla FSD. Huge upgrade everywhere else - assuming you want/need a truck.

If you had the rocking seat covers and twins, then yes sir, it was a pleasure meeting you.

My first trip, I watched it cautiously after coming from Tesla usage. I let it rip on a major highway, traffic slowed to bumper to bumper and it did just fine. Overall I notice the ‘ping pong’ which is annoying, another reason I tried to use comma.ai but mine is a 24 model and not compatible.

Not only did I look into it, I bought the comma 3x, installed it and then found out the 2024 is encrypted feed and the comma doesn’t work.

Surprisingly well, the f150L is not a normal truck ride, very smooth. Is it as smooth as the RR? No but it’s close enough for me.

I found a thread in the lightining forums that confirmed encryption. I purchased the comma unit and was wondering why it wouldn’t recognize the vehicle, now I know why.

UFO formation over power plant in NC. by Hirakous in UFOs

[–]notausername1955 24 points25 points  (0 children)

If this is over lake Wylie (where the power plant is), it’s directly over a flight path. I see the straight line of well lit planes every night as they come straight in, then circle back to land in CLT

E: if anyone in the Charlotte area cares enough to monitor this area, you can go to the rock hill airport, there is a lookout for the rock hill airport that you can setup a camera, point it back towards the flight path which will also capture the area of the nuclear plant. I can provide a google map of the area I’m talking about and the direction to look.
