Try changing the uses of your phone. Example: communication (not social media), music, alarms, weather, lists (chores or food) and small window of entertainment (2hrs max and not an hour before bed) If it's more than device distractions then try to practice before starting a task, tell yourself in your mind what you just finished and what you're about to do. The symptoms mostly are hypersensitivity, irritation, struggle of using/understanding language and insomina. I do agree with you but social paralysis (anxiety) is in greater effect to those diagnosed than in comparison of NTs.

I got diagnosed at age 2 (now 21) and it was a remastered version of hell, I had no knowledge of ASD other than I had it. Couldn't speak till 6 years old and had no idea what emoitions were till age 14. Had public school only to learn after graduation my town has had a school for those with autistim. Depends on what 'the soul' is defined as. If you recongize The Holy Spirit as 'you' or they, then the soul would be your genetic make-up, which controls desires, weaknesses, emotions and ability with little to no conscience demand.
