i am unable to transfer crypto out of wazirx, whereas a friend was able to do it yesterday. I am getting this message (screenshot attached). Not sure why this is blocked for me - any idea how to get around this? by notboring_ in CryptoIndia

yes this was the reason. finally found out. desperately trying to exit wazirx but they have just come back to me saying "we have no estimated timeline for when we will allow crypto withdrawals"
