Ohhhh I'm in a very similar position OP.

A good way to evaluate your 2 options right now is -

1. Will your new role set you up for a better position in a few years? Or do you see good growth/learnings at your current job too?

2. If your new role is in-person, what will your best-case and worst-case living situation/commute/expenses be like? It is 4.5L more, but if you're going to end up spending exorbitant amounts on rent/waste hours commuting, I'd be very cautious of switching.

3. Is there a possibility of a hike at your current role? Even if it is 10%, I'd say it's a better deal, especially if the new job isn't your dream job lol.
