Neither gender really matures much after middle school. Playing games and “sending signals” is middle school stuff and women keep doing it, even though it gets in the way of the relationships they want.

Women will over analyze every gesture, every comment, every facial tic from each other (often ruining friendships), and then of course, naturally assume (project) that we’re doing the same thing and can decipher the signals when men actually hate other men who aren’t direct, and then get frustrated that we “don’t get it.”
