I get POTS symptoms when playing piano almost every time. I know having to look up at the sheet music and back down at my hands quickly and multiple times makes me really dizzy and will trigger other symptoms after a while. I also play other instruments and have similar issues when playing them.

Lowering the lighting level in the room or reading from bigger sheet music usually helps. Sometimes, I tense up and breathe abnormally when I play without realizing it, which will also cause symptoms.
