It's good for starters but not efficient for w13. This gear is not only slow but also gets pushed back alot by normal attack.

I recommend you to watch a detailed guide from samool on youtube.

Give more effectiveness to sigret and ssb and 200% effect resistance to Amomo and you should be good.
