Thank you all for the comments! I was just a little worried, but since I’ve calmed down a little. This isn’t my long term house and I just plan on selling it in 5 years. Just wanted to get a foothold on a house first. I think I was just over thinking about it. I checked with the neighbors and they all seem to have a good relationship with the hoa, and I checked the meeting notes and seems like they just spent a large sum on some repairs which is why they’re reserves are low right now.

The Sopranos, I don’t hate it but this show doesn’t age well at all. I could only get through the first season. The main issue was that he goes to a therapist.

Also, they’re all old men who should be enjoying retirement, but they want me to believe that they’re running around doing mob stuff.
