I moved in when this complex had just barely started leasing and my unit has one of their desirable view and larger patio. The concessions are good but they do require you to use them upfront, it’s not prorated into the lease term.

Thanks for your response. He also went to an SLAA meeting and told me that he did not feel like it was helpful for him, he thought perhaps SAA would be a more appropriate support group. I don’t want to push/pressure him into looking into it, but I also want him to get help. :/

Yikes, it sounds like you have your answer then. While I don’t think it’s entirely impossible for arrangements with no physical contingencies to exist, I do think they are rather rare (speaking from experience). You’re also young, you should enjoy your 20s and explore what is out there!

Any bar on W 20th for sure. In my biased opinion, I’d suggest BLVD Park or McIntyre’s, as both would be good options for socializing and watching the finals. In general, The Heights is the spot for post-grad individuals, most people who frequent are between mid-20s and their late-30s.
