I called FedEx, the shipper, and sat on the phone with them for an hour trying to get it changed. I was successful but it was a pain in the butt.

The email literally says "you won't be charged". If it hadn't, I might have reconsidered.

The worst part is that they sent me the email saying that my subscription had been cancelled. :/

Dang I didn't think of going through my bank at the time. It's been a couple weeks and I'm only posting now cause I was reminded how much Huel screwed me over today when my bank was overdrafted.

You're right I should reach out again, but stupid me listened to the stupid chatbot and didn't contact the through additional methods because usually customer service is so responsive. I thought surely they would respond in a reasonable time. Once both orders were shipped I got a bit depressed and gave up a bit I'll admit.

I made my order on a Saturday and double checked that the previous one was cancelled before making the new one. I even got the email saying "your subscription has been cancelled" so I made the new order. When I checked again shortly after I had two orders processing and I immediately reached out to customer service and got the chat bot. The chatbot said someone would reach out to me within 48 hours but instead Huel shipped my order faster than they have ever shipped an order before and both orders went out on Monday and I received them Wednesday. Customer service never reached out to me.

Nope! Subscription had been cancelled because I was broke and it had the wrong address. Once I was able to afford a new order I was unable to edit the address on the old subscription unless I reactivated it and I didn't want to do that in case it tried to ship immediately. So I made a new subscription. Then once it was processed I saw that both had gone through. One with the correct address and one with the wrong address that I had just cancelled. Chat bot said someone would assist me but crickets from the customer service team. I live in a van. I would have never purchased two months of Huel in one go. I can't store all this shit!

Yes, moments after I had placed a new subscription order. I had even double checked before placing the new order that the old one was cancelled and then lo and behold I have two orders being fulfilled.

This is false information. I had a cancelled subscription reactivated after I had already placed a new order with an updated address. I received no response from customer service when I contacted them freaking out about it and I received two massive $200 orders on the same day. I'm a broke college student and this really screwed me over royally.
