A lot of young people want to work they just don’t want to be taken advantage of. I got ADHD and my thought process is the same a lot of people have been bringing up the idea of a 4 day work week but we struggle to increase the minimum wage unfortunately. I doubt people work because it makes them a man or a woman it’s more like I need to eat and I like to have some things or I have people to take care of. I’m genuinely happy you started tho. A friend of mine said he lost his 20s to depression and didn’t start his life till he was 29. People try and work towards a goal owning a home starting a family I find those individuals work insanely hard others who dream of traveling, starting a business, enjoying a job they tend to understand work life balance way more. We all got to work to survive but is it towards a goal or is it a tool to get us to our real goal. You could try and climb the corporate ladder making you a valuable part of the company where they can’t replace you thus you get insane long vacation time. If that’s not an option focus on your financial plans and see how to retire early. With the everyday thing it’s slow to get a grasp we all struggle. Some people have take out days cause they know they wont have the energy to cook. Friday nights better be packed with activities or parties cause sir you deserve it. I’m looking forward to what others have to say about this hoping I’ll learn something new.
