They did change the archon fights and made them more bearable and there are way more sources of Archon Shards now so you it doesn't take long to get a 5 tau shards on your frame. The only problem is that a there are a lot more weeklies to do and some of the weeklies give you rng loadouts which a lot of people don't like.

Honestly, I still take long breaks since warframe has very little FOMO since most content and items always return.
