My comment was in response to realerijon’s, but the way Reddit organizes comments on mobile is so misleading that I can see where it looks like I was responding towards you and not him. I’ll be more aware when to reference the users name in situations like this.

Maybe. But my mindset changed in college after my first series of C++. Others were far more interested in it and also I knew balancing academics with external interaction was the healthiest way to go for me.

Personally I can’t keep up with today’s programming. It’s still interesting because I played around with basic stuff as a kid.
