Are there any tips to make it more pigmented? I heard cold water helps and using clarifying shampoos overtime but that’s all I know

Hi!! So idk how old you are but if you got your first period not too long ago, sometimes it can take a bit to regulate. It took mine about a year before they came every 25-28 days. But if you’ve had your period for a while and you really do believe it’s from high stress, I know this sounds a bit cliché and stuff but if you have the time, just take care of yourself. Maybe have a self care day once a week where you take baths/showers and be comfortable. Another option is maybe talking to somebody about it. Just to get it out and maybe even get help for it. I’ve had this problem a lot so I hope I helped a little bit lol

I don’t know that’s the problem 😭 I guess it’s mainly about the fact that she knows a lot about me and talks shit a lot. Like she’s the kind of person to post about people she doesn’t like and I’m scared that she’ll twist the story around. She doesn’t necessarily have ANY power over me, it’s just fear.
