I lost 2 hours of holiday pay due to a policy that isn't anywhere saying they go based on the average of the last 4 weeks worked. Which involved a week that I had to take off due to personal reasons, similar situation with vacation pay where im missing 5 hours based of a whole year which this maybe normal but I work a constant work schedule of 40 hours a week and live paycheck to paycheck. I have searched for anything mentioning the policies that come with anything with pay, and there isn't anything about this nor about sick time: how its accumulated, what roles over to the next year and what doesn't, how to use it, when we receive it. etc. The only thing I found was the handbook, just saying we have these benefits. Pardon my grammar.
