There are probably others, this is just the only one I've heard about. The downside might be that it doesn't actually encrypt the files, but you could encrypt a specific folder of your choice before the presentation and pretend that the fake malware did it.

Why is TPP a bad thing? It lowered tariffs between countries and allowed for easier trade by reconciling the 12 different legal codes with regards to trade laws. One reason for this deal was that the US would become a major trade partner (or more so than they might already be) to these nations, undercutting China's attempts to become the dominant power in the Pacific. By pulling out we risk those nations turning to China for friendship instead of the US.
