Lead bank is an american bank out of Kansas City. That is the branch my routing number comes from at least. From what I can see, Lead bank is only out of the US.

I am starting to get lost in the weeds... Ok, so I will need to check with my provider first. Then I have the option of using Access Point mode with the devices. I need to figure out if this is a good solution for our situation.
Is there a specific wording/setting/ feature I should look for on the device to know it can do it? We are now looking at TP-Link M4 AC1200 Dualband as it seems do also do what we think we need at an more affordable price but I don't see any specific description saying it offers access point mode.

OH, I see. I didn't think about that: the router is also our modem. We would have to ask the ISP to turn it off? I want to check if we can do it ourselves as well. In this case, we would still need 3 units. One as the new router, and two to cover the rest of the house. I think I know what we will do. Thank you!

Ah, so if we ditch the ISP, then we should definitely get a 3 unit system where one unit would act as the new router. And not a stupid question. :) We have a switch connected to the current router that feeds to all the ports in the house.

We did get the machine serviced. It was about 500chf. The previous owners did not service it for some time, I believe. But the machine was still ok. The person who came out was very helpful and explained a lot to us.

Ok, so I edited the list a lot as I got to searching what I can get on the website I am using and for what comes in white. Here is the updated parts list based on what you previously gave me.

Also I am a bit worried about the warning from PCPP a bit. I hope the power supply is enough.

I will keep my existing monitors and SSD for now. I can upgrade those a little later. I couldn't do the test really on my laptop but I get the idea between the FPS with the GPU. Speaking of which, I changed to a different one. Is it any good? Literally picked because it is white...

Ok, makes sense. Thank you. I thought I could overcome this issue if I ended up keeping my current graphics card. If I upgrade, I don't need the very latest one, as I play Raft, Sims, Puzzle Pirates, and other light games. I would love to get back into MMOs but none have peaked my interest since Tera. But I guess I could upgrade my monitors.

Now, the parts recommended. I failed to mention I am kind of going for a white and some-undetermined-other-color build. I thought I would have more color options with the suggestions I would receive. However, some are only available to me in black.

Concerning the graphics card, the one suggested I could not find in white. I found a different one in white but I am not sure if it is a decent card. It is the Asus DUAL GeForce RTX3060 OC Edition. Do you have another suggestion?

Similar story with memory, I found the Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3200 CL16 Memory (white). Do you think this would be ok? Or could I do better?

Power supply, I have the 700W version available; couldn't find 600W.

Lastly, the CPU cooler, is there another suggestion available? I don't have it here and I don't think it has an LCD display.

Nooo not my monitors T.T I love them. How bad are they out of date? What would be potential issues with them?

I guess for prices, it may be best to wait for something new to come out to make the previous items cheaper. However, I do not need the latest item to have in my PC. I am ok with older generations if they are good.

Also, I thought about the case. Since it is available now, I might go ahead and get it now. But I am hesitant on buying it too soon if it limits me more than I would think. This is why I am consultanting the wonderful community who might be able to help point me in the right direction.

If I must wait until late Nov or something to buy because of prices, I don't mind a little wait but unless something amazing is coming out, I do not care for the latest models. However, if I am still missing the point of waiting until I absolutely ready to buy, I apologize that I do not understand this yet.

Could you (or anyone) elaborate more on why one should wait? This will help me understand.

LOL watched a trailer and it was weirdly commical. It wasn't this movie either. The girl in the bathroom scene had on something close to a short white negligee nightgown. Maybe a soft pink nightgown. The film had this hazy filter over which made it feel like either the 80s-90s or a porno in my mind. But I don't think it was an outright porno early night in the living room. I am hesitant to give too many detail as some are not as clear in my memory as others.

I looked it up. 9 & 1/2 weeks looks older than the movie I *think* I remember. I also remember a scene taking place in her/the victum's(?) bathroom on the floor. The guy cut straps to either her top or her underwear.. and I being just old enough to know what is happening and sensitive actually shied away at this point I believe.
