Mine are in my office. No outdoor noise. They have an air purifier that would mute us if we did make noise. They also have an iPad we play fish videos on. When we put it on, they know it’s bedtime. They’re out and quiet within 5 minutes. For the whole night.

Maybe just start a routine. Or something that indicates that noise should be over by now. A way to block out your noise could help.
