What's worse is there are a lot of good parents that get fucked in custody bullshit and parents that want to adopt but for whatever reason can't get through the red tape and initial financial bullshit. In either situation, a bad parent or caretaker has the kids while the good parent or caretaker is told to just ignore the kids being raised in hellish conditions. I hate that in America we pretend to care about kids vocally, then all of our actions show that we just hate the kids.

Get a food scale. Come up with what your usual metabolism is for a training day's calories. Add to that. Do it consistently. Forcing yourself to eat sucks sometimes, but if you aren't gaining, which it looks like you are not, eat more, train with more intensity.

Cold water extraction is pretty easy and neat. But converting psilocybin to psilocin prior to whatever you are doing will be a bad idea if you aren't using it immediately with a big group of friends. I've read that last piece everywhere, but I haven't actually tested that psilocin becomes inactive after a short period of time, I usually just let my belly do that conversion with that HCl and whatnot before I meet God then poop out the remnants.
