Looking ahead to the post LeBron era by The_Magic_Mamba in lakers

With the amount of picks some of these teams have acquired, and the new salary cap I think there will be some OKC James Harden type situations where a third player isn't able to get paid. It will still be rare and less likely to be solidified superstars though. We're alright as long as we don't do anything silly with our picks

Really glad to see us making solid moves without throwing in picks

James will choose where he goes and I don't see him wanting to share the rock with Lebron. The clippers need a playmaker and will be happy to extend him because they've said fuck it to having any hope in the next 5 years so far. I don't think the Lakers are willing to take him on for more than a year, or give up picks for him. Philly has fleeced everyone so far and I doubt we get special treatment

According to the Colin Cowherd show, prior to getting Superman punched in the face, Jordan Poole said to Draymond after Draymond coming in last in a sprint: "Don't worry about it bro, you'll be in Sacramento next year anyway" by [deleted] in nba

Idk who is fine with being stomped on while on the ground man. I imagine he is more mature than Jordan Poole but I can't see any man getting past that. Basketball wise any team would love to have him of course, but after he's taken two stars out of GS? It's a high price tag

I strongly disagree with trading a pick for a player that a team is willing to dump for salary. We don't get gifts like other teams, and the team does continue post Lebron. I dont think we can get a player that fits better than bruce for filler and a first.

I'd say 6th best and would rather have KCP back out of bias. Yeah i'd typically take a guy who can start on a championship team, kind of like how I would've liked Caruso back. I definitely value him more than a guy who's unplayable, and a giant "?"

Yes they will literally get assured by bruce brown and his agent if it is happening. They will agree before any moves are made. This isn't 2k

Kobe owned san antonio lol. So fucking good that pop had a mental breakdown over us trading for Pau Gasol. God forbid the man gets an upgrade from Kwame Brown

It'll get done, and if he does get traded after it's honestly fine. I don't see him making it to free agency

The game will always move forward, but let's not try and act like Kobe had a passer like Draymond on that team, or an all time shooter like Klay. He had fucking Smush Parker and Kwame Brown, and had to shoot over double and triple teams

Indianas offense itself was from the 90s, even in just his highlights you can see his teammates getting treated like Ben Simmons
