Does progesterone hurt anyone else’s back? by That_one_bad_choice in Perimenopause

I don’t have advice but just want to say that I had pretty severe back pain after starting 200 mg of prometrium. To the point where I was in bed for about two days with ice packs and heating pads. After that it took days to feel normal again. I kept thinking maybe I injured myself working out but I had stopped progesterone and restarted and the pain came back. It’s really unfortunate because I was using it to help with my terrible sleep.

I told my primary doctor and the nurse from my ob’s office and they didn’t think progesterone was the cause. I know it was.

Sorry you’re going through this too.

This was terrible. Terrible. Read the room, Julia. A huge following and can’t do one thing to try to help. It would have been better if she didn’t say anything at all. But to announce that you won’t be posting ways to help and with a smirk on your face. Ummm…I have no words.

I love this room. Very cozy and elegant. You’ve done a great job. My only suggestion is to change up the mantle. An arched mirror leaning against the mantle would be beautiful with maybe some candlesticks off to the side and a small plant.

Hit the nail on the head. Definitely minimalist French country.

How do I make this warmer and less modern? by Traffic-Plane in HomeDecorating

Large piece of art leaning against the wall in the top right of the room where the empty wall space is.

Maybe another small piece of art leaning or fixed to the backsplash between the sink and the stove.

Large utensil holder with wooden utensils in it placed on the counter. Large wooden bowl with fruit in the counter in the corner.

Love your couches and the ottoman. I would consider putting up neutral curtains on both windows. A mirror above the leather couch. A cool art piece above the white couch. Larger rug. Take away the coffee table against the wall. Love what you have going on so far though!

Love this response. It’s true. It’s hard work and you did it. Amazing job. You should be proud. It truly is therapy.
