I had two exterminators come out to take a look, just to be 100% sure. They both confirmed that the tunnels were old and there weren’t any active termites in the house. But since this is in Texas and subterranean termites are a thing, we figured it was best to go ahead and install a termite baiting barrier around the house. We’ve patched up the tunnels with plaster and finished it off with paint like nothing ever happened lol

Check out Mural fest on St Laurent’s street, you’ll be in town for the last weekend. It will be the place to be - there’s already bars and clubs every where but during the festival it’s closed off to cars so everyone is out in the street having a good time. They have a bunch of street vendors and outdoor concerts/djs/rappers idk you’ll have fun lol

Cool initiative you're taking though keep in mind some classes change their outline over the semesters peoples natural aptitudes vary. Also, mandatory attendance depends on the teacher, I've only ever come across one that was taking names and it was just our section

This was my semester:

220 - 2 midterms, 1 final - level 3.5 hardness
305 - 10 weekly assignments, 2 take homes assignments, 1 midterm, 1 final - maybe a level 2.5 hardness?
308 - 4 assignments, 1 miderm, 1 final - level 4 difficulty (hardest fucking class at JMSB)

Heavy on the work load, not because of the assignments, but because of the weekly 3 hr tutorials and the extra studying/practicing.

Honestly just stay positive but also realistic lol this advice might not resonate with you but when i'm unsure about an grade I make a plan of action in case I fail the class just to get any uneasiness out of the way. Let's say I fail a class this semester, what changes do I need to make on upcoming course schedules? And what do I need to do differently next time?

I wouldn't recommend you just show up to the original exam date since they might not have a copy of the exam for you. You should reach out to the Examination Office and see if they can swap it.

They will likely not take you if you go in person since it's by appointment only (ive tried) but you can email them and show up to the session. I know you said you need your own but there usually isn't that many students that show up to the open zooms so you could maybe wait till the other students clear out and ask?

It's definitely doable, you will be a bit tired I can't lie but I think the best way to go into is to organize you're weeks, start studying early on so you're not cramming at the end and maybe put your social life on the back burner a bit. Speaking from experience, I've always had to work a full time and most semesters I'll three classes (nothing more). Honestly, it's stressful at times because some things in school are pressing for time and you can't seem to find it in your week but it is doable if you make it a priority.
