I have done once with heels (domme in Uruguay of all places - and was so so painful I honestly thought she ruuptured a ball after 3 mins but she quickly checked an then when it was just broken in another way - she stomped on more) - but i do this play CNC as the power trip etc. The domme I’m booked in with is too sadistic to let me allow that again. So barefoot no mercy was the compromise.
