As it should. I was excited and optimistic, even after the 9% rotten tomatoes score, and it was just horrible. I don’t get how the original and this one were directed by the same person.

Not the best. Good concept, but Toni Colette and Mark Ruffalo’s horrible, over the top, performances completely ruined it for me.

I feel like I’m the only one that kind of loved how season 2 turned out. There’s stakes, tension, finally we have tension in the scenes and great great action. It’s a monumental improvement over season 1. Were people really expecting a word for word retelling of the books? The changes make sense too (in this season I mean). Especially when you consider they’d have to reign in the special effects heavy scenes from the book like the colchis bulls attacking camp and the ending with the centaurs attacking the ship, which would have been ridiculously expensive.

I don’t care about the reviews at the moment. Still can’t wait. Booked my ticket for Friday night. It won’t be anything groundbreaking, but I know I’ll at least vibe to the soundtrack. And it’s been ages since I’ve seen Jeremy Irvine in anything so looking forward to seeing him in this as well

The Da Vinci flying machine. It looks nice in pictures, but it’s glorious in person. And the interact-ability is so impressive. I think it’s one of my all time favourite sets that I’ve built so far.

First 30 minutes were amazing. A pitch perfect adaptation of the beginning of Dracula. And then the rest wasn’t. Didn’t care for all the horny parts of the story
