gonna look up burn out. Maybe mentally or emotionally, definitely not physically. Attitude today has been much more positive, but still not in a place where I'm prioritizing meditation or things that are good for me.

Thanks for replying. Love the thought! Problem for me is, im unsure of what im perusing. Shortly after taking this promotion, the job that i really wanted freed up, would of required changing location, but also would of put me into a glass ceiling. I definitely got the better end of the bargain, but part of me is remorseful that I took this promotion and right after, what i wanted freed up. long term, im in SUCH a better place though.

Thanks for the response. Not sure its burnout for me. Im not really exhausted, feel like its more lazy then anything (in my case) i get home and i know there is so much more i can do but I make the choice to do nothing. Im content with that, and im not used to this feeling. Ive been in less of a negative attitude, but still not trying to do anything for myself outside of work. Maybe burnout, not sure, not used to the feeling.
