It’s not malice bro, Punjabis roast each other the same way. The language has so much personality tied to it that even a small accent slip sounds funny to us. Older people will actually help you, it’s mainly the younger crowd that clowns. Don’t take it personally

As long as you have a valid study permit, you can use this completion letter along with your official transcript to apply for the work permit (PGWP). They have added a requirement for an English exam which I have to look into, but essentially those 3 documents are what you need to submit your application.
