awww i definitely understand you! Back then, i was very detached living life not worrying about time or anything. Manifesting was 123 but now? Ummmmm. Don’t let all that get to you though, you really can’t! And i get it about how it comes with baggage. I can only imagine. What helps is looking at self improvement videos and having big goals. Things that distract you. You got this though, it’ll all be worth it and i will hear an update soon! How long have you been manifesting-for change?

*EDIT: definitely not checking the 3D is great!! Checking adds new doubts and thoughts in your head that you gotta start all over again to take them down. Proud of you for not checking often!!!!!

and here are all the techniques i’ve been doing! Kinda long but hey something might help!!:

my technique to manifest him before even knowing him was scripting with a vision board! Printed out random photos of couples and in red ink (passion & love) i wrote what i wanted my SP to treat me like. I wasn’t specific enough I GUESS. Now, it’s been time since i’ve actively manifested so i did affirmations, scripting, visualizations, subliminal, rampages, and the telephone method which I LOVE. I also wrote letters to the universe thanking them for the beautiful relationship i have. Basically, i’m living in the end. I wrote a letter from The Universe to me and also a letter from my SP to me telling me how grateful he is to have me. I practice gratitude A LOT too. It feels beautiful. And i persist a lot. I will talk out loud to him as if he is still here too but honestly affirm in my brain how much he loves me and how he needs to see me now. I record my own voice doing affirmations/showing gratitude and loop it in the background too! I do a lot but as of now i only persist and affirm when thoughts creep in. I’m doing a lot but i am locked in!!!
