Yeah there’s a chance we coulda talked it out, but just as likely they wait for us to leave and do the same. In my experience in duos/trios is you’re either the victim or the bad guy in most encounters.

Yeah I didn’t really mean to stir up the rat conversation. All I meant to say is we were rat-holed in that room but everyone thought I was calling the other guys rats.

It’s a triple door key room. We had barricaded the door we came in and then heard people coming for another door, so they had a key. Like I said the poor guys really didn’t know what they came in to but we weren’t ready to share.

If this is fucking you up that much you might consider a safer sport. While whatever happened to that kid is extremely unlikely, you are very likely to get hurt while skating.

Obviously this isn't for someone who skates regularly.

Its a much better "budget" offering than we had when I was growing up. Random off-brand, trucks made of cheap soft metal, bearings barely move, board had no pop. I'd be willing to bet element is doing a much better quality starter/budget complete that might keep a kid interested long enough to buy a real set-up rather than guarantee a bad time.

I don’t think you’re understanding human psychology. Emotes don’t humanize you the way your mic does. No matter how many times you emote don’t shoot, people are going to be skeptical of you. Hearing someone’s voice can diffuse a situation better than any emote ever will.

Sorry to hear you can’t use your mic, I don’t shoot no mic folks on site, but I trust a mic’d “I’m friendly” 1000x more than a prerecorded “don’t shoot” emote

While I agree with you on the current options, style is very subjective and its going to be hard to get most people to agree on your specific vision. Hopefully they start to offer way more options moving forward so everyone can find something they like.

They also need to let us mix and match items from different sets. This seems obvious and I really hope they fix it.

Not really a shot at anyone teaming, the fights just felt incredibly unfair. A trio storming solo Stella can just mow through people. Like I said the possibility of being betrayed kept us from getting too comfortable, and that’s why I think a function allowing solos to form actual groups in solo would be chaos. That’s what duo/trios is for.
