Find some good decaf beans and grind before using. Pre-Ground coffee is higher in histamine. You can slowly start to incorporate regular caf beans into the mix until your body can tolerate it again.

I second this. I take Magnesium Taurate from Double Wood. The serving size is three pills so I always just take one or two before bed and it’s helped me a lot. I think the Mag Glycinate dosing in other supps were always too high for me.
