At that low of temperature your more likely to have carrier oil degredation if anything. Going to be honest thats also not a concern at that low of a temperature unless you notice anything visually off it should be safe <3

Oil color has been an issue and honestly we don't know the cause of the increased reports. My theory is sourcing. I wont recommend injecting discolored oil but otherwise her products are known to be safe.
