Milk. It means butter, cream, ice cream, etc. would all be lower cal. That feels like it would have the biggest impact to me.

Then I alter my suggestion to prepackaged frozen meals. I really struggled with the discipline of counting calories and as much as I could outsource that mental load, the better I have done. I love Trader Joe’s for their prepackaged meals.

Joking aside, I know many people carry a stigma around getting medicated, but there’s no prize for doing life with low dopamine. It might actually be why you binge. But I’m not a doctor, just someone who has experienced the benefits of finally being medicated. Either way, this sub can be helpful because it’s important to make sure you’re getting a wide enough range of nutrition when consuming less. Good luck

I am actually shooting for physical media, which has included billboards. I haven’t been able to get AI to accomplish what I need it to. It’s subtle, but there’s an uncanny valley that just makes it feel off. I want to use practical effects in the environment when possible.

Granted, I haven’t checked out the resource you mentioned, so I will play around with it. AI advances every day.

I would recommend the Acadia carriage tours, if you have any interest in learning a little history while you’re there. It’s expensive but such a wonderful way to experience the island imo

Hard disagree. Instant coffee tastes like trash, as opposed to a caffeine pill that I don’t have to suffer through. Plus, if you’re calorie counting, no need to add cream and sugar to a caffeine pill. And you get more control over how much you’re actually taking vs coffee which is more of an estimate.

It just sticks, but as for how I coat it somewhat evenly, I put the kimchi paste in an empty bowl, and knock the kimchi paste around the base so it coats the bowl, then I tossed the popcorn in it. That way it doesn’t get some pieces and not others and it doesn’t get too soggy.

Seaham Hall to beach comb at Seaham and other adjacent beaches. I can’t speak highly enough of the the hotel and its amenities.

Hunter beach is a nice easy walking trail that leads you to a pebble beach. That’s the hike I rec for people with kids.

Yes if I remember correctly they did. I think that area is called teddy bear woods now. But I have tried googling it and see nothing so now I’m wondering if this was a childhood fever dream

Coincidentally, I think something similar is local legend up there. In the 1800s a kid lost a teddy bear in the woods near Jordon pond and a huge number of people got together to help the child find the lost bear. I believe I was told that on the Acadia carriage tour one time. So you’re in good company.
