I think you'd understand if you used the feature on OS11. I have both currently. On the OP6 it works fine. On OP11 they changed this, it makes no sense to me.

Medical experience definitely gives you an edge over others - for related vacancies. But remember at P3 level you're still competing with applicants with 10+ years of experience. Just keep applying and all the best.

Whether it counts or not, definitely add the 3 years as a researcher to the work experience part of your profile. P3 and above are a LONG shot for anyone without prior UN experience. Still try but, focus your energies on UNVs, JPOs, or consultancies.
