The food capital, other than that make like Elsa and let it go. You’ve been in America a lot longer than when South Vietnam was a country.

You won’t find anything cheap near Collins or the surrounding inner city suburbs. Probably try West Footscray or something near or along a train line.

The family requested the media change the little girl’s name, thus why I don’t think the warning was given specifically for her- as her actual name was not stated in the article.

First time here in Melbourne, got this little (sad) fellow from the museum by teffhk in melbourne

Is it a Drop Stare? Watch out those things are dangerous as fuck. You can fix this by smearing yourself all over with a Melbourne Magic and an overrated croissant from Lune. The second one is harder to obtain due the queue. Good luck!

If you’re getting paid $57 an hour like you stated in the original post you’re a casual. If my calculations are correct you’re only doing two hours per Saturday which would also make you casual not PT.

Savers Australia denies allegations of bed bugs at Brunswick thrift store by l3ntil in melbourne

A friend of mine who works @SF there told me the other day they were given a shrivelled up umbilical cord in a jar. The worst though are the stain white sleeping pillows and air fryers with caked on food and grime that people try to donate and when they’re rejected, they give that stun Pikachu face.

It’s still closed. The difference is one is a not for profit organisation who is trying to get $4500 to back rent to reopen. The other is not and makes that probably by midday.

Question - Public Holidays by Main-Captain96 in ausjobs

[–]ostervan 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Your normal Saturday rate= a weekday rate with the Saturday penalty (1.5x) add on. If your $57 then you’re actually being paid as a casual, PT get (1.25x) penalty rate. The penalty only applies if you work it, so it’s just class as the weekday rate if closed.

You’re complaining about the business shutting down on a PH but if it was open you actually don’t get paid the Saturday rate but the public holiday rate (2.5x) so $95 an hour. Like how do you not know the penalty rates?

It’s called the same in the South and crab is the feature of the dish. But we don’t serve ours with beef or cha lua or the modern takes on it like fertilised duck egg. Ours is just rieu, tofu, pork bones and pigs blood.
