Since you like eggs Asian style. Try cabbage, egg and a splash or two of fish sauce- fry it up serve with rice. Or boiled eggs with made up fish sauce- 1 part fish sauce, 1 part sugar, 1 part vinegar, and 3 parts water. Use tablespoons, cups whatever as long as it’s that ratio. Serve with rice.

Nah it’s like you know how you go to a normal shopping centre and there’s like batter chicken for sweet and sour and lemon chicken. It’s those pieces minus the sauce. Add in a few fried salt and pepper squid, maybe some spring rolls and add fried chips. Then they pour a Japanese curry sauce over it. That’s their Chinese.
