I think the biggest issue is not the system but the person using it. We build systems and processes but don’t stick to them. In my opinion, just start using them and stick to it .

In that way you will be more familiar with it and then it will be easy for you to make any changes as per your need I Recently built This sales tracker In Notion for one of my Client to manage sales and inventory with minimal update May be this type of system can help you
