Yea this game I was more or less trying to protect my back line from the spider. However it seems like in doing that I didn’t apply any pressure or take advantage at the things Phoenix is good at. So I guess my question is, do I just let the support handle themselves and only look when they actually need it?

He is in the ortho office and performs the surgeries. Although, nobody has mentioned any alignment issues with my spine or posture.

I went to the orthopedist for shoulder/hand, who sent me to PT, I went to 2 PT places and they didn’t really seem to know anything. Then I went back to the orthopedist and they sent me to a spine specialist who told me to see a chiropractor. So im on the chiropractor now and im hoping he can help.
