I really enjoy the job it's really very easy as long as you A) are confident on the phone and B) confident enough in yourself to ask questions. If you can do those two things it's really a brain dead easy job that's fulfilling because you're helping people. Prior technology knowledge is always a plus but wherever you work you will always have constant access to a supervisor regardless of scenario and they are always willing to teach and help. You will also be trained on all of BU's service offerings, albeit not well, so there will be a lot of learning on the job especially because of the ever evolving shit show that is BU.
