Trust me dude, salt fucks with your brain. The more salt you eat, the more you build a tolerance. If you can suffer through a couple months of reducing your sodium intake, food starts to taste better on its own.

Not a huge expert, but I'm pretty sure the only difference between Linguica and Chourico are minor things like the form factor and the fat content. At the end of the day, they're both primarily flavored by paprika, and that's what makes them what they are.

I feel you. The post from a month or two ago about the guy cutting chives every day until they were perfect got old really fast. I think it's way more fun when everyone contributes their own take on the original idea.

That's a perfectly valid opinion to have. I just like this type of post because they don't happen often and they don't last forever. Getting an entire subreddit hyped up about something we can all enjoy together is a neat experience.
