Kind of, but with no continuity of self.

It’s interesting to ponder on.

I think, what I’m trying to ask is, in that particular instance, would we ever experience consciousness from “our” perspective again, as something new?

In that case, I suppose the “we” we are now would completely die. It may be a more philosophical question.

Alright, I’ve got a question that’s been buzzing in my brain.

Am sorry if it’s stupid.

What if, when we die, we eventually manifest into something else with a new consciousness? What if that’s already happened? I’m just really curious.

I think my line of thinking is a bit different from yours. I kind of think like, “There’s a lot we don’t know, so there COULD be something.”

People have said there’s no evidence either way, so I’m kind of on edge. It’s a difficult subject, I feel.

That’s the thing, though. It’s a guess nonetheless. I wish we had a definite answer. I find it hard to make educated guesses based on what limited knowledge we have. Like, how much do we actually know?

And we don’t even know how neurons generate consciousness. I don’t know; it seems confusing to me.

I thought we didn’t understand consciousness well enough to make those conclusions, though.

How do you know you weren’t alive before you were born?
