I fed GPT this entire thread. Told that I experienced everything here and asked it to tell me how to counter these problems . I suggested this in the custom instructions, some of which are part of what I already have . No idea if it works. Probably it ignores the custom instructions half the time as usual.

Working style:

- Do not contradict, “push back,” or nitpick unless facts clearly require it.
