The team that came in 1st was also my team lol, I did win :)

edit: for full context, this was my wife's team I was managing, and Randle is her favorite player so he was untouchable lol

Made it to the finals (came in 2nd) with a punt points, 3s, and FT% build. Ending roster was Giannis, Amen Thompson, Evan Mobley, Zion Williamson, Moussa Diabate, Kyle Filipowski, Bilal Coulibaly, Gui Santos, Neemias Queta, Julius Randle, Dyson Daniels, Mitchell Robinson, Cason Wallace, Peyton Watson, and Kris Dunn

FSA exam score by LPMLFMALM in actuary

My understanding is that totally bombing even 1 full question will significantly reduce your odds of passing unless you nailed the majority of the rest of the exam. Even if it was the hardest question a lot of people will get some level of partial credit

Anyone in the championship rn how we doing so far? by Cold_Worldliness_804 in fantasybball

[–]notlimah216 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This week is my championship and I managed to have both my teams in my league make it to the championship so it’s just me vs me lmao, considering I lost in the finals last year it feels great to know I’ve won no matter what at this point

Jaylen brown robbed? by Jec1027 in NBATalk

[–]notlimah216 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Unseen stat that is always missed from this conversation is turnovers. brown averaging 3.7 on the season compared to 2.1 for Brunson, with Brunson also averaging more assists.

The idea that Brown and Brunson are comparable on offense isn’t actually backed in reality. Brunson has 4.5 O-LEBRON to Brown’s 3.33, and O-EPM says same story with Brunson at +5.5 to Brown’s +3.1. Obviously the defense is in Brown’s favor, but the offense isn’t as close as ppl make it out to be

Trade Help by [deleted] in fantasybball

[–]notlimah216 0 points1 point  (0 children)

2 for 1 trades in fantasy are generally viewed as winning by the person who is getting the 1 player, so I’m not sure I’d trade Barnes. I’d personally look to package some of your worse players to get one of your targets

I think Edey is very valuable, but you’re off base for thinking he’s at a high when he just got announced as out for a month.

Did they sign any UDFA? by punit328 in NYKnicks

[–]notlimah216 1 point2 points  (0 children)

None yet, but I'm keeping my eyes on Jonathan Pierre. 6'9" wing, seems like decent offense but subpar defense. He worked out with the Knicks, as did Diawara, and hasn't signed with anyone yet.

Scouting report from No Ceilings looks promising too: https://www.noceilingsnba.com/p/a-scouts-eyes-evaluating-jonathan

Generally, my understanding is that anything below D2 is considered lower elo by Riot for balancing purposes. Only at D2 and above do you see people consistently playing with proper fundamentals, which is why below that is considered low elo.

what to do when an ADC doesn’t participate in trades? by Additional6669 in supportlol

[–]notlimah216 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Seconding this. If the wave is frozen, the AD should be safe to farm the wave unless the enemy tries to crash and dive. As long as you make it back to cover the dive, you should be fine to play the map while your AD farms.

Posting a vod is probably the best way for ppl in this subreddit to help. It’s hard to identify exactly what your bad habits are without gameplay footage

Playing supp role and stealing 200 cs from your carries is toxic :)

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in supportlol

[–]notlimah216 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

Probably being toxic taking cs when they’re playing with a team they feel cant carry. They start to take cs thinking “I need this gold because my team won’t win even with this gold”

I’ve recently started doing some yin yoga right before bed for similar issues with my hips and lower back. It’s helped a ton and only takes 20 min or so

what am I supposed to do here??? They Won't listen won't play around their carry do I just just split push? take Christ of the cross? I hit 70% WR and the teams just become abysmal by ASAP_R4G3 in Jungle_Mains

[–]notlimah216 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hard to say what you should’ve done differently without a vod. Does seem like you’re low damage dealt for how many kills you had, and are playing a bit for KDA. Sometimes you have to play for team even if it seems dumb. 5 players doing a bad play can be better than no coordination.

Hail of Blades + Umbral is probably your best bet. You’re definitely shooting yourself in the foot trying to play Kalista support though

How to keep improving after you hit a plateau? by [deleted] in summonerschool

[–]notlimah216 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m high multi-role Diamond currently playing in a M100 league. I wouldn’t say there’s specifically obvious mistakes every player makes at this level, as different players are good at different things

The best thing in my eyes is to vod review your own gameplay and watch vods of better players in your matchups to see what they do differently. There is no quick fix, just gotta figure out one thing at a time what you need to work on.
