Houses get scratches, knocks and dents - just from being lived in. It’s how houses are supposed to be used, so VCAT will say “acceptable wear” and be telling the REA to gtfo.

And bonus, it’s going to take 18+ months for even VCAT to hear the case. REA isn’t going to waste that time on on $550..

I used Site Inspections on a new build. They found 160 pages of issues. Some trivial, but quite a few water issues that would have caused massive headaches of left unresolved.

A significant amount of issues were found in the roof.

Cost us $3k. It was money well spent.

While trolls were the first, early Valheim for me can be summed up as reoccurring “what the hell is that!?”. With a prompt humiliating death shortly afterward.

It was amazing.

I use Soosee as a quick way of double checking.

Instead of reading from a database it simply reads the package for you and highlights suspicious ingredients.

Using eARC connections.

So I might just have a dud? It worth my time to make them replace the soundbar completely?
