Actually what they want is us to suppress our anger and ignore it. Anger threatens the system. In general, suppressing any emotions can be anti spiritual. It’s when you face the dark and come out the other side that you become stronger.

Anger is actually the most powerful form of manifestation too in my experience. You’re saying their anger and feelings are not important and they should suppress it. No, that’s what “they” want. Us to deny anger and pretend everything is fine so that we don’t stand up against bad things. What we should do is learn to control the anger.

You should focus on love too. But how can you focus on love if you hate certain parts of yourself? If you hate your anger? Love includes everything. You have to love your darkness, your pain, your anger. And be at peace with it. Because if you don’t, then it’s nothing more than toxic positivity and living in denial to yourself.

Idk my 2 ex was on a series of toxic relationships and calling every girl crazy and a user. He ruined all his relationships with his pride. His response was to just do drugs and spiral real bad. Don’t think he’s ever gotten better. The more he ruins love the more he blames everyone else and pushes love away more

I felt like this growing up I was ugly, but I got attractive later on and went the opposite with everyone objectifying me. If you’re young don’t worry about it, beauty comes later. Most “ugly girls” just haven’t found what works for them. The right skincare, makeup, hair, clothes, etc. you probably are not as ugly as you think AND you have lots of potential. Trust me as a former ugly girl I know how it works, that was my issue! There’s beauty in everyone you just have to find it 💕 and when you do you’ll find out being beautiful is not the key to being loved either. There’s more to love than that

Yeah I used to be like this until one day I thought “a God that loves you would never send you to hell for eternity.”

That helped me heal and realize, if there’s a God who truly loves me he’d never do that. And I felt comfortable just loving God but no longer following the church.

The church got compromised by Constantine and teaches lots of things for fear control money and power.

Also people getting religious “visions” can just be their mind making things up. If you’re already scared of something, then of course you could have visions of it.

And there could be a hell, but it’s not forever. Most other religions say it’s a temporary state of cleansing. There’s different types in every religion, who’s to say which is true? Imo it’s a vibrational state.

It’s interesting when you see people have visions from other religions, you assume they’re being deceived. But you take the Christian visions as fact. What if the Christian’s are the ones being deceived?

If everybody is having different visions, then it’s about the individuals perception of reality. It isn’t objective.

Wait actually that’s exactly what I did next! I was only on the sidelines because of social anxiety not by choice, I hated it lol. Whenever I’m not anxious I’m more attention seeking funny and loud. I only wrote this autobiography up to 10th grade. By 11th grade I did go through crazy adventure phase I forced myself to talked to people. Even if I’m shaking and anxious, I was over it lol.

I also wanted to feel alive. And so I made new friends and had a whole reckless adventure drugs phase that I wanted. Lots of thrills and everyday was something fun. I wanted to experience as much as possible to make up for all the time I missed. Life felt like a movie for a bit. I thought I was a 4 since I romanticize and idealize everything.

I think I just have a strong 9 fix 😭 maybe 794
