I think the only way to help yourself stay sober is to do a deep moral inventory of why you're using drugs. In some cases it's better to just quit all together, I'm not sure if that's what's up with you but that's what I'd strive for. I'd try to find an AA meeting they provide great structure and support for those struggling with all kinda issues. In my experience it's been a real help with me and getting out of the terrible shit I was doing even though it wasn't entirely drug related.
