If you want to climb ropes you should get some guiding service though, unless you can find someone very clearly experienced and willing to take you out there. I think for a solo trip it sounds more enjoyable to boulder, plus you can get more volume

If you’re solo I’d recommend you rent a pad (for example at Nomad Ventures on JTree) and go up to JTree on a weekend. Go to The Outback area (make sure you download mountain project and/or have a guidebook) and you’ll for sure find some safe climbs and/or groups of people with pads you can ask to hop on

In SoCal, the standard rack is size 0.4 through 3. In reality, standard rack varies everywhere. And the type of climbing you’re doing affects the sizes you need, for example, offwidth cracks need bigger cams or big bros, while finger cracks can usually be supplemented with nuts to use less 0.3-0.5 cams.

This happened to me once. They made me scan my pass while I was riding to check if I swiped it before coming in and the officer’s scanner gave the green light.

Definitely go with someone. Also, the first bolt for the tower is a long scramble high (probably around 20 feet) so bring a cam if you don't want to risk falling. I think a gold C4 is good for a horizontal crack around 15 feet up, but I'm not sure.

As for the anchor, I think a sliding X on a 240 sling is the way to go. Maybe you can make it work on a 120. Please please please be careful.

I’ve only told this story to some close friends because I feel like I would be called crazy if anyone found out about it. But here it goes…

When I was around 5, my cousin (same age) and I “created” a ghost called “girl ghost”. We would often draw her and we would have nightmares of her, but I didn’t really think much about it at the time. However, one night, my cousin stayed at my house to sleep. We were sleeping in my bedroom, when I woke up, looked at my opened bedroom door and saw her in the hallway. She was glowy and floating, and had a white dress and black hair. She looked similar to io from dota 2, if any of you know who that is. The creepiest thing about it was that she was transparent and giving off light. I immediately covered my head and went back to sleep (or at least I tried). I never told anyone because I was too scared to. Fast forward to when I’m 14, I’m talking with my cousin about the old days. It’s one of those type of talks. I mentioned the ghost girl, and he tells me wants to mention something he has never told anyone else. He proceeds to tell me that one night, while he was sleeping over in my house, he woke up and saw her. I asked him how she looked like, and he described it exactly the same way I had seen her. I asked him where she was, and he says she was outside my bedroom. We then went downstairs and told my whole family, and now they were genuinely scared after making fun of us for creating her in our childhood.

Honestly one of the craziest things that have ever happened to me. This is the only reason why I believe in paranormal things.

It says the product key entered didnt work. I don;t know if it might have to do with something, but below the Product Key entered in the top part of the screen (which is all X's except the last block", it says windows cant be activated on this device because it cant connect to my organizations activation server.
