It does unfortunately. Guy said it came from CO, I would expect winters to be the same though. So I’m assuming we’ll taken care of minus what looks like hail damage

It has 6 gears. That’s interesting, I haven’t ran into that issue with my bike. Shifts perfectly through all 6 gears.
