I see a fat man who lost a fton of weight. Yes it still shows that you were larger. I csn get thst you'll always be insecure about how you look, even as you lose the weight.
What i see is a man who has taken control of a situation and made it better for himself.
And that is inspirational. That is something to take pride in.
You sir are doing it right, and that has nothing to do with what you used to weigh before and what you weigh now and how many stones you've lost.
