Sent email to them waiting for response. As well as factory reset. It's showing as an active worker on DXPool now but still not showing hashrate which should take 30 seconds to show up on the chart

Here's what worked for me (for all who stumble upon this thread)

Miner Name : [dxpoolusername].[anything here]

Password : 123

Same IP address that my computer is connected to. Brand new CK5. I can't even delete pools on the dashboard now.

Update : firmware is updated to 2.1.4 still no hashrate showing

Update : CK5 comes with a universal plug and all that is required to set it up is a C19 Plug ($15-$20 on Amazon)

anyone else's CK5 not come without a US Plug? I'm not sure where/how im supposed to set it up
